I'm going to buy a birthday gift for my friend, but I don't know what to get. I'm going to Toronto over her birthday, so I was wondering, what do they sell in the CN Gift Shop?? (Range: $5 - $50)

Lots of souvenirs. The prices are a bit more expensive than what you would pay for the same thing in a souvenir and gift shop downtown. There are a few good ones along Yonge St near Dundas St. where you'll find the main shopping area.

During my long life, I have received many gifts. Believe it or not, most of the gifts I received were useless to me. The only items that I enjoyed receiving was cash or gift certificates.

Trying to guess what a person likes can be frustrating. If you purchased a gift certificate for your friend, I guarantee she will love it and not have to pretend she likes it when she opens something she does not want.

If you still want something associated with the CN Tower, how about treating her to a meal with you at one of the restaurants in the CN Tower? Click on the three source links I posted below for information about all three restaurants.

And if returning with her to Toronto is difficult, offer her a meal with you at a restaurant more convenient for both of you.
