Sir... this is not the worst and this is not the superb. Guidebooks ought to probable say issues like "numerous adult adult males's shelters interior the section..." yet who can answer "what style of section is that this?" 1000's of human beings stay interior of a radius of one kilometre. some have various addictions and stay on the line. some artwork as highway hookers at any hour of the day or evening. Then there are panhandlers who upload to the interest. I went to Allan Gardens those days and parked precise next to the development. the outstanding plant life interior have been nicely well worth the 0.5 hour holiday from domicile. could I take a leisurely walk interior the process the park at evening? No. this is a downtown park that some human beings call domicile. the section is extremely populated. this is not an excellent section yet no worse than any portion of Parkdale in my opinion.

depends on the street. There are some nice places between sherbourne and church. But don't go east of Sherbourne; it's crap.

Hey Dave: Yes I would. The apartments at Wellesley and Sherbourne are known as St. Jamestown and the whole area is much better than it was 10-20 years ago. Considering the population density of the area I don't think it's bad.

Um...no.

My family has an apartment at Yonge and College and I would stick to that area or perhaps to areas which are more...stable?

Anywhere south of Bloor on Sherbourne, no. It's a very shady area.
