Tell yourself that if you don't do whatever it is you have to do, you might one day end of looking back on it with regrets. You have got to say to yourself: I will not be afraid. It's all in the mind. And it is possible. Don't be afraid to live...it's just life. We all live through it the same way as you do.
Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.

Well fear always peaks, it gets worse and worse till it reaches its high, and then resolves itself - starts to get less and less. If you're afraid of something (like feathers for example) sit down and try to stay calm until your fear/panic starts to reside. You only have to do this once and afterwards your brain no longer reacts to this object / situation with fear. It relearns that you can handle it.

you can get red of fear by increasing the trust on your self. this can be done by empowering your self and be responsible on your decisions and actions. some kind of fear requires Diogenes by doctors. good luck.

Just 'jump in'... whatever you're afraid of, just approach is as head on as you can. If you're afraid of a spider, pick one up and let it crawl on you. Yeah, it's scary, but you have to JUST DO IT.
