If you drive to Canada from the US and cross in New Brusnwick there is no high bridge. Some of the other crossings may have some bridges and i am not sure how high is too hig, but St. Stephen, NB would be fine.

There are tunnels that go under the lake. Like in Windsor or you could also take a ferry across the lake

drive to ocean and take a cruise or you can try a train, depends on where you want to go in Canada
