Any suggestions for a good Toronto Moving Company?

Question

I just moved to Toronto from Montreal and I got a little help from my friends to move here. Now I have to move again to a town in Northern Ontario called Sudbury, has anyone used a moving company in Toronto that really did a good job?
I'm a little nervous about hiring movers. I heard a bunch of stuff about them especially in big cities like Toronto.

2 weeks ago, my mom moved from Mississauga to Toronto and she used a Energy Crew Moving. I actually helped her find those movers after a quick Google search for Toronto Moving companies and they had pretty good reviews. I wasn't there when they came, but to hear my mom talk about them like they're angels it means they must be very good. I used these guys and they were great. The staff at UPS Movers was very friendly and did a great job. They took two very heavy TV from second floor of my house and delivered them safe and sound. Cheapest movers by far. $60 flat rate movers UPS Movers

One of my friend used Cargo Cabbie and they were very fine. Prices start at $200 for the first hour plus $50 for each additional half hour.
